Refund and Returns Policy

• All Sales Are Final: Due to the delicate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on Research Chemicals once packaging is opened, as this compromises their integrity. Mishandling, exposure to light or heat, sanitary concerns, or other ethical issues prevent us from accepting returns.
• Research Use Only: Products are strictly for research purposes and are not intended for human consumption. Refunds or returns are not allowed.
• Defective Accessories: Defective pens and accessories will be replaced upon successful return of the faulty item.  Please send message with explanation and request for Return Authorization.
• Incorrect Shipping Addresses: We do not offer refunds or reshipment for orders shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer. Orders are shipped to the address entered at checkout. 
• Review Before Purchase: Please ensure your purchase meets your needs, and that the Shipping Address is absolutely correctly entered before finalizing Check Out.
